Founded in 1973 in S. Giorgio di Piano (Bologna, Italy) RC began its activity reconditioning dosing and wrapping machines for bouillon cubes built by Corazza spa.

In 1978 the entry of a new partner in the society determined the expansion of the activity: the company progressively specialised in the reconditioning of productive plants and complete lines for bouillon cubes (both soft and pressed). Also machines built by other manufacturers (Sapal, Fette, Benhill) and generic packaging machines were reconditioned.

In 1994, having matured a greater experience, RC launches a new complete packaging line for pressed bouillon cubes, obtaining a good success in this market niche.

In August 1998 the company is acquirerd by Morningside, an investment fund, shareholders of Sympak Group.

Since 1999 the company has further increased its skill in reconditioning packaging lines for processed cheese built by the two main players, Corazza and Kustner.

Today RC is tightly integrated with Corazza to be able to catch every opportunity of entering new markets.
